We collect the information you enter into our forms: your name, email address, company or workshop name, phone number (where provided), and the workshop, vehicle and job details you include in a report request.
How we use it
Submitted information is used only to generate and deliver the workshop report you requested, or to respond to your enquiry or demo request. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Transmission and security
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to our reporting workflow. Forms are protected against automated abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical signals to confirm a request is human.
Retention
Report and enquiry submissions are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete information relating to you at any time.

Future features
Planned features such as photo uploads, video uploads, voice notes and AI-assisted report suggestions will be covered by this policy when released. AI-assisted content is always presented to the technician for review and approval before a report is sent.
