These terms are maintained by Araoye Systems and apply to your use of this website.
Use of the platform
Araoye Systems provides workshop reporting tools for commercial vehicle workshops and independent technicians. You agree to submit accurate information and to use the platform only for legitimate workshop and business purposes.
Technician responsibility
Generated reports are a presentation of the information you provide. Any AI-assisted wording is a suggestion only. The technician or workshop remains responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving report content, and for the technical accuracy of any diagnosis, inspection outcome or repair record issued to a customer.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features described as in development or planned may change before release.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass anti-abuse protections, submit unlawful content, or use the platform to send unsolicited messages to third parties.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Araoye Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on report content that has been approved and issued by a workshop.
